At my flu blog H5N1, I link to a lot of government health websites, but I spare my visitors the shock of the Indian government's Ministry of Health & Family Welfare.
At first glance you might think it was a relic of the 1990s, last updated perhaps in 1997. But it's up to date, more or less, with a crawling banner about swine flu that will take you to a site that looks completely different--and is not quite as up to date as it should be. Click on links to other sites, and you wouldn't know they were all part of one ministry.
Given that India has a flourishing high-tech industry, I'm baffled that its government would tolerate such a dismal website.
