Golden Bull winners 2009

I've just learned about the Golden Bull winners 2009, awarded by the Plain English Campaign, and I hasten to bring them to your attention. Anyone writing for the web should energetically avoid becoming a candidate for the 2010 awards. This year's two top winners:

•Department of Health for information on their website about preventing disease 

Primary secondary and tertiary prevention. 

Primary prevention includes health promotion and requires action on the determinants of health to prevent disease occurring. It has been described as refocusing upstream to stop people falling in the waters of disease.
