Recombinomics on Dogubayazit timeline
Dr. Henry Niman at Recombinomics has a very interesting Timeline for Kocyigit Ozcan Family Clusters in Dogubeyazit. He sees evidence for H2H transmission; I confess I don't see it in what he gives us, unless one-year-olds are unlikely to eat undercooked chicken.
Still, it gives us a helpful perspective on how the outbreak got under way in mid-December, when Dogubayazit was still a town no one had ever heard of. It also makes me want to know when the Kocyigit family's chickens began to fall ill.
