Thanks to Jackie Mitchell for her comment and link to Prepared Citizens. It's a very local blog, focused on Monson, Massachusetts and how it might get ready for a pandemic.
I haven't run across many such local blogs since the late lamented Greenhammer, but if you know of others (or you're running one), please let me know. In the meantime, I'm putting Prepared Citizens temporarily in the H5N1 Bloggers list...temporarily because I now see the need for a new H5N1 Pandemic Preparation list, and it'll take me a while to set it up.
Update: That took less time than I'd expected. Down in the right-hand column you'll find a new list, H5N1 Pandemic Preparation, with Jackie Mitchell's site, Avian Flu Diary, and some forums on preparation. I have shamelessly cribbed a lot of preparedness links from Avian Flu Diary—thanks, Mike!
The H5N1 Crisis Planning list is chiefly a source of professional expertise; the new list is chiefly individuals concerned about preparation issues.
I've also removed the H5N1 Authorities list, but if anyone would like it back, let me know. And down in the right-hand column I've added a list of some of my novels, available from the print-on-demand publisher iUniverse. [Thanks, Slovenia, for the correction—and the good review!]
