They've just arrested Calixto R. Martínez of Hablemos Press.In two more recent tweets, Guerra says Martínez was investigating the loss by mismanagement of health supplies donated by WHO, and that the arrest took place near José Martí airport.
This suggests we won't be hearing much more about cholera and dengue in Cuba for a while.
