El Gobierno no ha informado sobre la existencia de más de un centenar de casos de cólera en algunos poblados de Santiago de Cuba, denuncian disidentes y vecinos.
The government has not reported on the existence of over 100 cholera cases in some communities of Santiago de Cuba, dissidents and neighbours complain.
La localidad de San Luis "se encuentra en alerta roja por el aumento significativo de enfermos de cólera, que ya sobrepasan los 113 casos", dijo Maylín Isaac Sánchez, licenciada en enfermería y activista de derechos humanos, citada por la agencia independiente Hablemos Press.
The locality of San Luis "is on red alert over the significant increase of cholera patients, which now exceed 113 cases," according to Maylín Isaac Sánchez, registered nurse and human rights activist, quoted by the independent Hablemos Press.
