FluTrackers on Haiti's changing cholera numbers

Via FluTrackers, Ronan Kelly sounds as baffled as I am: Haiti - Daily MOH cholera reports - Official total 7,602 fatalities - Page 6 - FluTrackers.
On September 23rd the total was 7,602, on September 24th this changed to 7,530 without explanation.

Total Fatalities: 7,555 
Cumulative hospitalizations: 325,414 
Cumulative cases: 597,977
