Philippines: Bopha/Pablo update for noon, December 3

Via PAGASA:
Hourly update on PABLO 
At 12:00 n.n. today, 03 December 2012, Typhoon "PABLO" was located based on satellite and surface data at 490 Southeast of Hinatuan, Surigao del Sur (6.9°N, 130.8°E).
So the typhoon has moved 210 km in 8 hours.
