I've just visited the Philippines' Department of Health website. So far it has nothing about the impact of Bopha/Pablo, which in itself is a little worrying. I also see that on its page about weather and season-related advisories, it offers guidelines on leptospirosis—but none of the links are working. This does not bode well for the aftermath of the storm.
Update: I see that the Sun.Star in Cagayan de Oro reports the DOH as being on "white alert," a state of extreme readiness. So it's surprising the news isn't on the DOH website as well.
