Mireya Acosta Izquierdo, de 64 años, residente de Cabañas, en el Municipio Mariel, provincial de Artemisa, falleció este viernes 18 de enero en el Hospital Provincial de Artemisa, al que había sido remitida el día anterior desde la policlínica de Cabañas por presentar síntomas del cólera. Familiares de la víctima, además de trabajadores de la policlínica, confirmaron la información sobre le deceso y la causa como el cólera. Todas las fuentes pidieron el anonimato.
Mireya Acosta Izquierdo, 64, a resident of Cabañas in Mariel municipality, Artemisa province, died on Friday, January 18 in the Artemisa Provincial Hospital; she had been sent there the day before from the Cabañas Polyclinic with symptoms of cholera. Relatives of the victim, as well as workers at the polyclinic, confirmed the information about her death and its cause as cholera. All sources requested anonymity.
