Organismos defensores de los derechos indígenas consideraron que el fallecimiento de 5 bebes en la comunidad Emiliano Zapata del municipio de Yajalón reportada a principios de este año ocurrió por el “fracaso” de programas “cientelares” que afectaron al sistema de salud.
