After a long pause, MSPP has posted 13 days' worth of cholera statistics on its Documentation page. I don't have the time to do a day-by-day list. But I note that for some days, at least, long-silent departments like Grande Anse are actually reporting some numbers.
Altogether, the total cases rose from 644,278 on January 24 to 645,964 on February 6—an increase of 1,686 in the period. Deaths rose from 8,011 on January 24 to 8,020 on February 6.
But when I first published the January 23-24 numbers, on January 30, the death total was 7,994. As usual, we have no explanation for the discrepancy. I can only speculate that late reports from departments like Grande Anse required revising the official numbers.
