WHO has published Cumulative number of confirmed human cases of avian influenza A(H5N1) reported to WHO. This is a February 1 update, including the 5 cases and 4 deaths in Cambodia. It's been made more compact by combining cases and deaths for 2003-2009, but a second table deals with just those years.
You may want to compare it with the Hong Kong Centre for Health Protection's Avian Influenza Report. It's not quite as up to date—it hasn't got the last 2 Cambodian cases—but it offers much more detail. I wish both reports had the onset and death dates for each case.
