One of the best places to find early news about MERS case is the hashtag # Corona. The tweets are in Arabic, and Google Translate has its troubles with that, but you can get at least an idea about what Saudis and other Gulf state residents are talking about. Variations on this particular tweet are numerous today:

Al Faisaliah, I've learned, is a commercial skyscraper in downtown Riyadh. Whether the "educational complex for girls" is in the building or just in the neighbourhood isn't clear. Nor can Google tell us whether "suspected cases" is an accurate plural or just a translation artifact. Worse yet, none of these tweets have links to a news report.
