The website of Mali's Ministry of Health and Public Hygiene is full of Ebola reports, all of them in French and posted on PDFs that I can't excerpt.
But here's the gist: No Ebola in Mali. At least not yet; the samples from the three suspected cases are in Atlanta being tested by the CDC. Meanwhile, the government is glad to have some equipment from WHO to help deal with any cases that do break out.
And they've posted an epidemiological situation report for week 13, with details on meningitis, measles, and yellow fever. But as for Ebola: "Mali has not recorded any case of Ebola fever to date."
