Yes, Minister, but what government facilities? And why did those facilities not notify your ministry as 113 persons fell ill in them and 92 died (an 81% case fatality rate)? How are the 21 survivors, and are they still in those government facilities? What have you told WHO about them, and if you have not, when will you?
