After a quick search of Arabic-language media in the Gulf region, I found pretty much the same account as this one from HAAD News, the Health Authority of Abu dhabi:
The Ministry of Health, MoH, has announced two new cases of Coronavirus (MERS-CoV) in Abu Dhabi, which are stable and receiving necessary medical care.
The Ministry in a statement confirmed that it is coordinating with the competent departments and other medical authorities in the country, and has taken all necessary measures as per international standards and recommendations from the World Health Organisation, WHO.
Then follow a few paragraphs of boilerplate about not touching your face, being careful on the Hajj, "monitoring the situation closely." In other words, everyone is just following the official line and no one is doing any independent reporting on these cases.
