Thanks to Maryam Darwich for tweeting the link to this post in the blog DrugInterface: #EBOLA: Five Ebola patients show strong signs of recovery-Fashola.
The Lagos State Government has reported that five of the Ebola patients being treated in the states were responding to treatment and showing signs of recovery.
Fashola made the dislosure yesterday. He indicated that all the patients diagnosed with the deadly disease were undergoing treatment at the Infectious Disease Hospital, Yaba, and were in “stable condition”.
He said five were “really improving” and stressed that the positive diagnosis for Ebola was not an automatic death sentence.
Yaba is right in downtown Lagos. Still no mention of any Ebola patients in Abuja, so I don't understand what the Indian doctors were complaining about there (see post below).
