I've belatedly dug up Mexico's Secretariat of Health Zika page, and found its latest Zika virus update, for week 21. Compared to Colombia's extraordinary weekly updates, this is very sketchy. All we really learn is a state-by-state tally of confirmed cases for a total of 345, and a similar tally for Zika in pregnant women (105). This seems like an unusually high proportion, but the Mexicans may be checking pregnant women more carefully than others.
The report also says nothing about suspected cases, but I'll try to get at least some estimates.
