Before she retired, Joan Acosta was the editor of The Westcoast Reader, a monthly newspaper for people learning English and for adult literacy students. It was a success for many years, and she won a lot of awards for her work.
Now Joan runs a blog called Best of The Reader. She's published a series of e-books on it that you may find interesting and useful—whether you're studying English or teaching it.
