Two women have died of bird flu in Indonesia, taking the toll in the country to 61, the highest in the world, officials said Saturday.
The women, aged 22 and 27, were both admitted to hospital Friday and were later confirmed as suffering from bird flu by health officials.
One died at 22:30pm Friday (1530 GMT) and the other died at 12:20 am Saturday (1720 GMT Friday).
It's now 10:30 Saturday morning in Jakarta (7:30 pm Friday in Vancouver). No doubt we will hear more details in the next few hours.
