When I visit NewsNow: (dengue), it's sometimes hard to pick just one report. Today is a good example—not lots of reports, but they're scattered from South Asia to South America:

Nepal: Terai districts prepare to fight dengue.
Paraguay: Over 12,000 confirmed dengue cases, with 38 deaths.
Brazil: Mato Grosso state reports an average of 46 new dengue cases every day.
Mexico: Yucatán reports a diminution of dengue cases.
