SAN CRISTOBAL: Con el apoyo de distintos sectores, incluyendo niños, tres entidades estatales iniciaron este sábado una movilización social de dos días consecutivos contra el virus de la Chikungunya, consistente en fumigación, entrega de volantes educativos, y decacharrización.

"La Chikungunya no es un problema del Gobierno ni Salud Pública, es de todos", dijo Galán al hacer uso de la palabra.

"El combate a la Chikungunya es una responsabilidad de todos porque la enfermedad no tiene colores partidarios, religiosos o étnicos", dijo el Senador.
"Fighting chikungunya is everyone's responsibility because the disease doesn't wear party, religious, or ethnic colours."
Manifestó que el tema de la enfermedad no es sólo de San Cristóbal sino de todo el país.
He said the disease affects not just San Cristóbal but the whole country.
