Saudi Arabia: No new MERS cases as of noon October 31

Usually I post the Saudi MERS update first thing in the morning, but today it hasn't appeared. Still, the KSA MOH Command and Control Center posted in Arabic earlier today: Statistics and the daily statement - (Health): No new cases.

So we apparently have no new cases, recoveries, or deaths. The numbers are 14 cases under care, 717 recovered, 1,273 total, and 543 deaths.
