It is in this sense that women journalists must use the media, an instrument of excellence to reach out to their peers who resist. UCOFEM is pleased with the production of several programs on the response. This awareness session interested the participants.
"I am very pleased to see all Butembo journalists coming together today for a noble cause: contributing to the Ebola response. We are able to sensitize all women like us so that we can put an end to this disease, " she said.

We will follow the footsteps of the response team so that we can also raise awareness for Ebola. At the end of the meeting, the UCOFEM offered the participants an act of commitment that calls them to make the response their workhorse in their everyday work.
