It's not the magnificent Times-Picayune that covered Katrina, but it's right on the scene for a sequence of disasters: Potential Tropical Cyclone Two is likely to hit Louisiana as Hurricane Barry, waterspouts are spinning in the streets of flooded New Orleans, and the Mississippi is reported to be cresting at 20 feet—the height of the levees.
You'd also be wise to follow NWS New Orleans, which is currently reporting a flash flood emergency for Jefferson Parish.
